How long does an addition take?
Additions are larger projects — typically two to four months on site depending on size and whether it's a second story. Permitting adds time upfront, which Skip manages for you.
Will you deal with permits and HOA setbacks?
Yes. Additions involve county permits, setback rules, and often HOA review. Skip handles the drawings and approvals and builds to every requirement.
